4. Non-Clinical & Health Data Notice (HIPAA Clarification)

Crucial Clarification: Meridian Digital is a non-clinical strategic advisory firm and is NOT a HIPAA-covered entity. Our services do not constitute medical treatment, psychiatric diagnosis, or clinical counseling. Warning: Prospects and clients are advised NOT to submit protected health information (PHI) or acute medical records through open web forms. While commercial confidentiality protections apply to all consulting discussions, the platform is not designed for clinical data storage.
